Pool access is complimentary for registered guests (up to 3 pax).

Additional guests may be charged ₱300 per person, payable directly to building administration.

Proper swimwear is required.

• Location: Tower 1, Ground Floor Lanai (near the daycare area)

• Schedule: Daily, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The gym offers basic fitness equipment and is free for registered guests.

For guests who prefer a full commercial gym, nearby options such as Anytime Fitness or Gold’s Gym are easily accessible.

🧸 Kids’ Playroom / Daycare Area

• Location: Tower 1, Ground Floor Lanai

• Hours: Daily, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Children are welcome, but adult supervision is required at all times.

🧺 Laundry Area

• Location: Tower 2, Ground Floor (beside the mailroom)

• Schedule: Wednesday–Monday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Closed Tuesdays for maintenance

Rates:

• Wash – ₱90

• Dry – ₱140

• Detergent – ₱40

This is a self-service laundromat. Staff may assist with machine use, but it is not a professional dry-cleaning service. Please take extra care with delicate items.

🗑️ Garbage Disposal

• Location: Basement 1 Refuse Room (near ramp to Basement 2)

• Access: Open 24/7

We kindly ask guests to dispose of trash regularly to help maintain cleanliness.

If you need extra trash bags, feel free to message us.

🚻 Bathroom Use

Please do not flush tissue, wipes, or sanitary products, as these may clog the pipes.

A trash bin is provided for proper disposal.
