Restorya may also provide pricing suggestions to help improve booking performance, but the final pricing decision will remain with the host unless a different agreement is made.
Not at the moment. Restorya Stays is still in the development stage, so we do not currently provide host/property insurance for partner listings.
For added protection, we strongly advise hosts to set up a security deposit before accepting bookings. This helps protect the property in case of damages, missing items, or house rule violations during a guest’s stay.
Payment setup may depend on the agreed partnership arrangement. Restorya will discuss the payout process, commission, and remittance schedule before the listing goes live. This should be automatic be sent to them like how Airbnb does
