1. Where are Restorya Stays units located?

Our staycation units are located in several prime areas in Metro Manila:

📍 Makati – Poblacion & Century City

(Knightsbridge Residences & Gramercy Residences)

📍 San Antonio, Makati

📍 Pasig – Ortigas Area

(Urban Deca Homes)

📍 McKinley Hill – near Venice Grand Canal Mall

Each location offers a different staycation experience depending on whether you prefer nightlife, restaurants, shopping, or a quieter environment.

Booking & Payment

2. How do I book a stay with Restorya Stays?

You can book through:

✔ Direct booking via our website or social media

✔ Airbnb or Booking.com for selected units

Direct bookings usually have better rates and special promotions since there are no platform fees.

3. What is the reservation payment requirement?

To secure your reservation:

  • 50% of the total stay amount is required to reserve the date.
  • The remaining 50% balance is paid on check-in.

Reservations are only confirmed once the reservation payment has been received.

4. Is there a security deposit?

Yes.

₱500 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.

This deposit is returned after checkout once the unit has been inspected and no damages or missing items are found.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

5. What is your refund policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

✔ Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the check-in date.

❌ No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

However, depending on availability, we may allow one-time rebooking to a different date within a reasonable timeframe.

Check-in & Stay

6. What are the check-in and check-out times?

🕑 Check-in: 3:00 PM

🕛 Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on unit availability.

7. How does check-in work?

Most of our units offer self-check-in for a smooth and convenient arrival.

Access cards and keys are usually placed in a secured mailbox or lockbox, and instructions will be sent before your arrival.

8. What amenities are included in the units?

Most Restorya Stays units include:

✔ Fast Wi-Fi

✔ Smart TV with Netflix / streaming apps

✔ Air conditioning

✔ Fresh linens and towels

✔ Kitchen essentials (rice cooker, kettle, cookware)

✔ Refrigerator and microwave

Many buildings also offer amenities such as:

  • Swimming pool
  • Gym
  • Sauna
  • Game room or lounge areas

Some amenities may require guest registration depending on building rules.

Guest Policies

9. Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in most of our units due to building rules and to maintain cleanliness for all guests.

10. Are parties or events allowed?

No.

To maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone in the building, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly not allowed.

11. Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

Some buildings may allow smoking in designated outdoor areas or balconies, depending on building regulations.

12. How many guests can stay in the unit?

Each unit has a maximum guest capacity depending on its size.

Typical capacity ranges include:

  • Studio units: 2–4 guests
  • 1-bedroom units: up to 4 guests
  • Larger units: up to 6–7 guests

Additional guests may require an extra fee.

13. Are the units suitable for families or groups?

Yes.

Some of our units are designed to accommodate families and small groups.

For example:

  • Urban Deca units are popular for larger groups
  • San Antonio units work well for families
  • Makati units are ideal for couples and small groups

Amenities & Facilities

14. Is parking available?

Parking availability depends on the building.

Some locations offer paid parking nearby, while others may have limited guest parking available.

Please ask in advance if you require parking.

15. Is the building secure?

Yes.

All our units are located in secure residential buildings with 24/7 security and reception.

Guests may be required to present valid identification upon arrival depending on building policy.
